This folio album was one of the early offerings of the USPS in which the collector purchased a complete set of the commemorative stamps issued during the year. This year set is highly sought in a mint pristine condition. This year set is presented with a 3-fold folio, with a single mylar mounting page for displaying the stamps.
Stamp issued in 1980 include; W.C. Fields, Veterans Administration, Coral Reefs (blk./4), American Architecture (blk./4), Indian Art - Masks (blk./4), Benjamin Banneker, Christmas Issues, etc. etc. for a total of 28 mint stamps.
This complete set is mint, with stamps in original sealed packet. The original envelope, along with the folio and stamps are in excellent condition.
