This folio album was one of the early offerings of the USPS in which the collector purchased a complete set of the commemorative stamps issued during the year. This year set is highly sought in a mint pristine condition. This year set is presented with a 4-fold folio, with a two mylar mounting pages for displaying the stamps.
Stamp issued in 1981 include; American Red Cross, Flowers (blk./4), Space Achievement (blk./8), Bobby Jones, Babe Zaharias, Desert Plants (blk./4), American Architecture (blk./4), Christmas Issues, etc. etc. for a total of 41 mint stamps.
This complete set is mint, with stamps in original sealed packet. The original envelope, along with the folio and stamps are in excellent condition.
